Policy 

We promise to refund our customers the retail price of the following products if they fail to pass the actual exam on two separate occasions:

In order to qualify for a refund, the customer will be required to provide a copy of the examination candidates results sheet for both of the failed examination attempts. 

All refunds will be payable only to the original customer of the order.
