We do not charge taxes to customers. However, please note that the destination country of the product order may apply customs charges, although we do our best to avoid this by marking each package as ‘gift’ or ‘commercial sample.’ Please check your country’s customs policy for details on specific charges that may be incurred.

Refund & Return Policy

Our aim is to serve each of our customers in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining superior quality and upholding our standards of customer satisfaction. This site provides non-tangible irrevocable goods for download via the Internet or via electronic media like CDs. For this reason, as a general rule refunds (outside of those associated with our individual pass guarantee) cannot be issued once an order is processed and completed, nor can a file be returned. However, as with any software-based product, we do realize that errors may occur from time to time, and therefore return / exchange requests will be considered on a case by case basis in accordance with the following guidelines:

Corrupted or Malfunctioning Files

If we determine that a file is corrupted or malfunctioning, we will first try to replace the malfunctioning file, and if we are unable to adequately do so, will refund the product price to the purchaser. We will not replace files that become damaged after 24 hours of download, so please check to make sure that your file opens and works properly when you download it.

Download Problems

For customers experiencing download problems, we will email your files to you if we receive notice by email within 7 days of your purchase. If your email client does not allow the files through, then we will discuss alternative delivery methods with you until you have received the files in a satisfactory manner.

CD Problems

If you receive a CD that contains corrupt files or becomes unusable because of damages incurred while in the mail, UniversalExams.com will replace the damaged CD at no cost. We will only honor requests for replacing damaged goods if the request is received within 14 days of shipment. We will not replace CDs that become damaged because of normal wear, improper personal use, or abuse.
